Doctor Harrison
Doctor Harrison is the head of the Tri Tech Science Corporation. He designed the Dynamite Project that created the Dynamite Zords and weapons. He handpicked Philip, Natasha, Jerry, Susan and Brian to be Power Rangers and is currently working on a secret project known only as 'The Cyber Ranger.'
After completion of the Cyber Project, he handpicked his athletically gifted grandson Andrew. Andrew is incredibly agile and intelligent. The project included the Cyber Techno-Watch, the Cyber-Blader and the Cyber Megazord.

Doctor Harrison's robot assistant. XL is the robot equivalent of a young boy. He is sometimes brash but very reliable. He carries scanners, X-Ray vision and an assortment of tools stored in his arms.
