Lord High Appendrius
Once a scientist named Arnold Drakon, he was obsessed with evolving humanity into a higher form. He accidently fell into a vat of his formula and was transformed. He renamed himself the Lord High Appendrius. He created a group of minions and even mutated his son Nicholas to form the Evolutionaries. He also uses a special formula to create Primeviels. When he was mutated, he grew 9 tails, his minions hold less as proof of lower ranking.
When his forces were depleting against the powered-up rangers, Spectre challenged his father to a duel and kileld him. Spectre took over. |
General Kree
Lord High Appendrius created his minions. Of those was his second-in-command, General Kree. General Kree has 7 tails and commands the Primeviels. Kree ususally leads the attacks on Cherry Falls. His mission is to wipe out the world so the Lord High Appendrius can create his advanced humans.
After Spectre took over the Evolutionaries, Kree was sent into battle and killed by the Dynamite Rangers. Kree would actually survive and serve Prince Spectre's son, Goldeon, after he took over the Evolutionaries. |

Prince Spectre

Once Nicholas Drakon, Appendrius mutated him to form an Evolutionary. Spectre has five tails and uses a powerful Blast Sceptre. Spectre makes fallen Evolutionaries grow into giants by firing special chemicals into their bodies. Appendrius sees him as a valued part of his team. A good friend to General Kree, Spectra is an expert swordsman.
After failing to turn the Blue Ranger into his loyal servant, Spectre was trapped in the Millenium Cave but later arose in a powerful new form. He was able tod estroy the Dynamite Zords, but was defeated with the newly completed second wave of Dynamite Zords. He lost his Blast Sceptre which was replaced with a sword and he now blasts fallen Evolutionaries with eye blasts to make them grow.
When Lord High Appendrius' forces were gone, Spectre challenged Appendrius to a battle and killed him, he was later destroyed when the Dynamite Rangers broke into his head and destroyed his brain. |
Princess Shift
Princess Shift is Spectre's fiancee. She is beautiful by face but when she reveals her 4 stinging tails, the rangers must be careful. Shift is able to change her shape and along with General Kree, leads the Primieviels and Evolutionaries into battle. She is an expert arhcer and was mutated by the Lord High Appendrius. Spectre resented this at first but when he saw that it had made her even more pretty, he accepted the fact that she had become an Evolutionary.
In the final battle, Shift was killed, pushing Spectre into madness. She had a son with Spctre who would later come to create a new Evolutionary Empire. |

Primeviels
The footsoldiers of the Evolutionary Empire. They are created from a cheimcal created by the Lord High Appendrius. They carry swords that fire blasts of energy but are easily defeated. |
Castle Evolution
The Evolutionaries' airborne base flies over the city of Cherry Falls and beams down Evolutionaries and Primeviels into battle. Castle Evolution was destroyed in the final battle between Prince Spectre and the rangers. |
