The leader of the Power Rangers. Philip was the first to be chosen by Doctor Harrison to be a Power Ranger and battle the Evolutionary Empire. Chosen for his scientific skills in mechanics from the Tri Tech Science Corporation, Philip wishes to build a non-polluting engine. His Techno-Rod Attack is the Volcano Fire Flash. Philip was killed by Cybernary but when sparks hit the power lines connected to the machinery hooked up to him, he was reawakened and destroyed Cybernary.

The strongest Power Ranger. Brian is the second to be picked by Doctor Harrison to be a Power Ranger. An expert in astornomy from the Tri Tech Science Corporation. Brian knows there is life out there and one day hopes to make contact with extra terrestrials. His Techno-Rod attack is the Spider Line Blast.

The third member to be picked by Doctor Harrison to fight the Evolutionary Empire. Natasha is from the Plant Biology section of the Tri Tech Science Corporation. She dreams of creating new plant breeds. Natasha is from a noble family in New York and moved to Cherry Falls. Her Techno-Rod attack is the Thunder Flash Attack. Natasha possesses psychic powers which allowed Crystal Death to temporarily possess her. She has a strong crush on Andrew.

Jerry Moleiaire, Blue Dynamite Ranger
The fourth ranger to be picked by Doctor Harrison to be a Power Ranger. Jerry is from France and has a strong French accent. He was an expert swimmer back his home country and won 10 gold medals, he works for the Human Biology section of the Tri Tech Science Corporation. His dream is to create human gills so that humans can build cities and create civilisation under water. His Techno-Rod attack is the Aquatic Waterfall Crash. He has amazingly strong feelings for Susan and unbeknownst to the others, dreams of his marriage to her.

The youngest and the fifth to be picked by Doctor Harrison to fight the Evolutionary Empire. She is always falling for boys but has strong feelings for Jerry. She works for the Mechanics section of the Tri Tech Science Corporation and is working on translators to talk with animals. Her Techno-Rod attack is the Rose Buster. She and Jerry are sweethearts.

Andrew Harrison, Cyber Dynamite Ranger
As part of the "Cyber Ranger" Project to combat the incredible power of Rangernary, Doctor Harrison picked his young grandson Andrew to be the volunteer for it. He was chosen for his athletic and scientific skills. Working for the Human Biology department of Tri Tech, Andrew dreams of creating human wings. He has no Techno-Rod but his weapon, the Cyber-Blader, allows him to use the Cyberspace Megaton Charge.He has a strong crush on Natasha.
